We run regular night time and half day charters, catching many of the over 100 species found in and around Eastern Cove, including King George Whiting, Garfish, Trevally, and Sweep. Or you can choose a full or multi-day long distance charter looking for Snapper or larger game fish.

For full day charters, Cooinda Fishing Charters can collect you from Cape Jervis, or from your accommodation in American River. Half day and night time charters depart from the wharf at American River.

We can arrange discounted accommodation at the American River Motel, which has a BBQ and fully equipped guest kitchen where you can cook your catch. Or the Riverview Restaurant at the motel will cook your catch for you. We can also pack and/or freeze fish for your homeward journey.

Rates begin at $90 per person for a half day charter, or $45 for children, based on a minimum of two adults. Rates are negotiable for larger groups. Rates for full day and longer charters are extremely competitive, especially for a large, well–equipped vessel.
